Natalie Reid, Real Estate Brokerage is responsible and accountable for all personal information under its control and has established internal policies and procedures relating to these privacy principles. The Broker of Record is the designated person responsible for privacy compliance within the brokerage.

COLLECTING CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Natalie Reid, Real Estate Brokerage and/or its authorized representatives will identify the purpose for which personal information is being obtained either before or at the time when such information is collected.

CONSENT

Natalie Reid, Real Estate Brokerage will obtain consent from the individual and/or corporation for the collection, use or disclosure of personal information, except where exempt by law.

LIMITS FOR COLLECTING CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Natalie Reid, Real Estate Brokerage has developed and uses systems with appropriate safeguards and

security measures for the information being collected and/or retained.

ACCESS

Upon written request, Natalie Reid, Real Estate Brokerage will provide a copy of all personal information in possession of the brokerage about the individual or authorized representative making the request and provide the individual or authorized representative the opportunity to challenge the accuracy/completeness of such information. The brokerage will amend such information as appropriate.

COMPLAINTS AND INQUIRES

An individual may challenge the brokerage’s compliance with the above principles to the
